Protrack North America Mesh & Texture Library for North American 136LB Standard Gauge flat bottom railroad track with tie plates and spikes - Revised. I have also included all my Blender 3.20 project files for this mesh library in a sub-folder called 'blender_files'. Before trying to access them be sure to first read the 'instructions_read_first.txt' file in that folder.
