The layout is for T:ANE.
It is a Model Trainz layout, based on the Model Railroader 102 Realistic Track Plans, plan number 19, the Deepwater Ry and Navigation Co.

The layout is a medium-sized two-level switching yard serving several factories, manufacturing plants and a wharf area. There is one Fiddle Yard and a rail ferry that can also serve as a fiddle yard.
The layout should appeal to those who like driving diesel and steam locomotives in either Cab or DCC mode, those who enjoy switching operations in a relatively confined but realistically portrayed environment, those who like interactive industries and freight cars, and those who like playing with model trains.
Despite the high level of detail, frame rates should be good, even on mid range computers.
