I wouldn't do to call a steam engine a MOUNTAIN type on the WATER LEVEL ROUTE. So the New York Central renamed the 4-8-2's MOHAWKS for the low-lying Mohawk River. The class I chose is an L4a Engine number 3128 dual purpose Mohawk (used for fright and passenger runs) with a SMOKE DEFLECTOR and a COIL TYPE ELESCO type feed-water heater. LOD SETTING...With the Level-Of-Detail settings set at 2.0 and 0.4, the loss of high detailed mesh objects will come into affect at a distance of about 320 feet. This of course can be adjusted to suit your preference.
